Our philosophy is that before and during your stay you feel as comfortable as in your own home and that you discover the best of Tenerife. That is why we will be in contact with you to give you all the indications you need and we will help you personally to organise your perfect trip.

ADÁN Y PABLO - Your hosts. We are two brothers with a common vocation: to make you feel at home. We work hard to make your holidays one of the best you have ever had and we always find a little place to get to know you and help you in whatever you need. Look for us, we are hidden in reception ;-)

IRYNA - You will find her at the reception from 9:30 a.m. Monday to Friday. She will take care of the reservations and will help you with any doubts you may have about your apartment, transport, restaurants, etc...

JAVI Y SALVA - They are in charge of the maintenance of the apartments of 11 Holiday Homes and make sure that everything runs smoothly. If you have a problem with an electrical appliance or your house has a breakdown, through the web-app you can send them an email and ask for their help directly.

DAIDEL, STELLA Y TINA - Our cleaning team is also here so that you can find your house in the best conditions. The ninjas of 11 Holiday Homes.

ANTONIO Y EL GATO - Most of the time you will find them walking around the garden. One sleeping under the sun and the other taking wonderful care of all the greenery in the complex. They are a fundamental part of our family and the spirit of our business. Without them nothing would be the same.



From check-in to toast!

Before your arrival, we are at your disposal to answer all your questions through a WhatsApp group that we created especially for you (although if you prefer we can write to you by email). We communicate without problems in Spanish, English and Russian (as long as Iryna is present), but if necessary, Google Translate will give us a hand!

We love to meet you and welcome you personally. It's the best of all. But for your convenience the check-in is done automatically with a code that we will give you by email after the reservation. We will even contact you through WhatsApp to send you all the information related to your stay.
When you arrive you will find the apartment always clean and ready for you. Before check-in we check with the cleaning team that your house is in perfect condition, exactly as we would like to find it if we were travelling. We also restock your apartment with oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, shampoo, bath gel... Everything you need so that when you arrive you don't miss anything and don't have to run to the supermarket.

There will also be a wine and a selection of local products waiting for you to welcome you. We want you to discover the good things we have on the island. And there are many of them!




We have compiled all our recommendations about Tenerife and our houses in two different apps. In one you'll find useful information about the accommodation you've booked and what the neighbourhood has to offer. In the other, our suggestions on how to live Tenerife in an authentic way exploring the best of the island.

During your stay we are also with you to advise you on everything you need. Our reception hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We take care of all your doubts and advise you on how to plan your trip, offering you the best of Tenerife so that you only have to worry about one thing, enjoy!

We will provide you with an exclusive phone number for emergencies for you to call us if you need it, so we can rescue you! In addition, on the web-app that we have specially designed for our guests you will find the duty pharmacies, hospitals and the nearest police station.
